I’m a professional triathlete and endurance coach from Dickeyville, WI. I have no college sports background because my high school track coach told me I wasn’t worth investing in. However, my father was my biggest fan and always believed in me when no one else did. I did my first Ironman as a fundraiser for brain cancer in honor of my father in 2019. It was supposed to be one and done, but I fell in love with it. My father died in 2020 and I decided to dedicate my training and racing to him and raising money and awareness for brain cancer through my Mind Over Matter fundraisers. My new “why” propelled me to rapid improvement and I went pro in 2023. I also founded/coach a high school and youth triathlon team, and founded an annual fundraiser triathlon for brain cancer research. In the past few years, I started to race extreme triathlons and they have quickly stolen my heart. After becoming the female champion and breaking the course record by 38 min (previously held by one of the top extreme tri pros in the world), I’ve realized that I have the most potential in extreme triathlon. This is also where my passion is because it’s where I feel closest to God and my dad. So now, I want to make this my focus moving forward and will be the first US pro triathlete (man or woman) to specialize in extreme triathlon. I’m so excited but it will be hard because these races are in remote places all over the world, so travel gets very expensive. I’m looking for sponsors/partners/funding to help me chase this dream while inspiring the kids that I coach to chase theirs too! The first trip I’m looking for help with is in December in Brazil. I have invited to race on Dec 7 and 14 with the races helping with logistics and a support team ready. Now I just need help funding the flights to make it possible!
