My name is Dimity-Lee Duke and I am a female professional triathlete from Australia. Based in Phuket for the majority of the year with my coach Jurgen Zack and squad Z-Coaching, I have the opportunity to train in a wonderful destination all year round as well as travel to races all over the world. I am also a leader and coach of the squad as well as the chair person for the Z-Coaching foundation which enable under privileged athletes in the South East Asia area to achieve their triathlon goals.
I have had multiple podium finishes over the years in all triathlon distances including OD, 70.3 and IM events. I have raced at world championship level and I continue to strive to be the best athlete I can be. My most recent success in 2024 has included winning Weihei Xtreme Triathlon in back to back years as well as breaking the course record. I finished in 9hr06min at Challenge Roth in June in cold conditions for me and also 6th at IM Malaysia in October. I look forward to continuing to improve in 2025 as well as qualifying for the world championships.
